Guidance
A class you
can follow.
An online session is built as much from language as from shapes. If you cannot picture the next step, the practice stops being yours.

We describe a transition before we ask for it, give a reason to move, and leave a moment to notice the breath. That is the whole method. It is deliberately ordinary.
Photographs on this site show a practice, not a biography. We do not attach a name, a medical title or a list of credentials to the person in a picture. If you want to know how a session is held, read this page and then ask.
What you can expect to hear
Where to place the feet or the hands. When a shape is optional. When to stay with the breath instead of chasing the next posture. A clear ending.
Nothing on this page is personal instruction for your body. General information is not a substitute for a qualified professional when you need one.
